We should not repeat the dark patterns created by the attention industry on Nostr. Maximising screen-time (ad-viewing time) is not what Nostr apps should aim for. Absolutely not.

Dark patterns should be conciously avoided when designing Nostr apps. We are trying to heal the UX, not mimic what the tech giants are doing to manipulate their users.
