Question: Can I block unverified messages with Lightning?

I'm interested in trying out an email client that offers the feature to block messages unless they include a confirmation of sending 1 sat to my Lightning address. Can anyone suggest a method to implement this functionality for someone who isn't good in coding?

Not a developer 😜. There would have to be a paywall with a 1 sat invoice template built in. That’s my rudimentary attempt
