I like nostr:npub1mutnyacc9uc4t5mmxvpprwsauj5p2qxq95v4a9j0jxl8wnkfvuyque23vg for nostr. It has a custodial fedmints for anything less than 200000 SATs, but over that it will open a lightning channel. It's a good way to balance fees and ease of use with self custody.

Good concept but I think people will be disappointed when they play Mahjong all day to earn 4 SATS. I've been using this for the last year and actually find it as a great way to get BTC from every day purchases (https://www.lolli.com/earn). I've cashed out several times as well and never had an issue with it.
Very interesting product. sats are earned through tasks and can also be consumed.
