Most of the stuff sank in the broth but I forgot to show the final ramen. The final broth ended up being a combination broth (pork, chicken, beef), miso tare, baked bok choy, miso eggs, karaage chicken, bean sprouts, nori, and a heap of scallions and sambal for some heat. (I know its Indonesian but its dank so sue me.) #foodstr

I have two versions of ramen. One that takes 20+ hours of cook time or pack ramen that I crack an egg in. No real in between. 😅
