I always find the argument you shouldn’t own the house you live in, in the place you want to be in with your family as of today because “bitcoin” exhausting. The idea is to do what you want right? Sure you don’t “own” it but the state can be more forgiving than a landlord. The landlord is playing by the states rules also. You’re just a liability in that situation. Was that a “hot take” ? Am I doing it right ?
