Did one of those sinus washes tonight and my goodness it could bring a tear to a glass eye!

However, I think it worked because I’m pretty sure it went all the way through my brain cavity and even washed out all the crap from Twitter and other media platforms.

I feel…alive! I can breathe again!

Yeah, it’s been a good 6 or 7 months and I just can’t kick this sinus infection so I had to take the nuclear option. Worked!

Ahh man yes it’s a lifesaver, also using just a pure saline nasal spray during the day helps - I used to get 3-4 sinus infections per year. Misery

Lifesavers yes, but also a highly effective field waterboarding tool should you ever be running short in supply and need one in a pinch 🤣. I still feel like there’s some saline sloshing around back there. Haha
