Good one. I've been trying to think through jurisdictional optionality angles. Whatever happened with being able to acquire a Volcano Bond and get a passport in El Salvador? Some of the details were vague and those exchanges got squashed for US participation. I guess one would have to fly down there to do the transaction? Even then they still have extradition.
