I do both morning and night 🫂 I love going to bed feeling all fresh 😍 like I’m floating on a cloud. And morning showers wake me up better than tea
Yea it feels good especially after a hot summer day, but sometimes i've hard times to sleep when i take a shower at night or i need to take it hours before
Ohh i think it’s recommended to take a hot shower at night - I could be remembering it completely wrong - and cold in the morning 🫂🫂
