What's more, on one secondary account, all posts are suddenly gone. And it's even more bad that I can't disconnect from certain relays anymore.

You can add those relays to the Block relay list on settings.

Which public outbox and inbox relays are you using for the second account?

Ok, when I added nos.lol to both inbox and outbix, the posts reappeared again.
