That is fantastic. There are still some wonderful, caring MDs out there who haven’t been chewed up by the system. I found an amazing Integrative medicine MD and have been thrilled with his care. No surprise he is concierge and doesn’t accept insurance, but what I save on not needing meds is worth it to me.

Yeah, my sister is finishing rotations now and she doesn’t care about the money or glory. It’s actually a second career for her. She just likes helping people and doing the right thing for them which is why she went down the DO path. I had never heard of it until she went to school. That is what medicine used to be.
