The name of the game in Florida is luxury and short term comfort. I think that’s one of the main reasons i have this problem where I feel like i don’t belong here. I always go after the manual labor jobs and then for a large portion I have to walk around aimlessly looking for something to do. Meanwhile there are places where you learn skills by simply having to survive there, and the idea you suffer short term for long term fulfillment isn’t a philosophy, it’s common sense.
