Woke up to two dead chickens🐔 No obvious sign of disease or predation 🤷♂️. I'll have to investigate more when I get home.

Did you leave them where you found them? A weasel will usually return to cache them. They often remove the head first. Inspect the neck area on the birds for bites/damage.
Do a physical check. Check crops, are they full or empty? Check vents. Are they clean or dirty? Is their cloaca large meaning actively laying...? Check the keel. Is it protruding? Do the birds feel like a good weight?
I did not leave them, I put them on the snow where I will bury them. I will be checking them when I get home.
