Is that THE King ranch that owns hundreds of thousands of acres in many states? I dunno, sounds pretty centralized.

Did you listen to the podcast about what's happening? It will also help set precedent going forward and it's mentioned there is a similar approach in other states that's occuring. Even if it's centralized operation the overall issue is huge
