I try to eat organic wheat or wheat from Italy. Before glyphosate was used on crops it was used to descale boilers! It was originally patented in 1964 by Stauffer Chemical as a metal chelator for this specific purpose. Glyphosate binds to and removes minerals like manganese, zinc, and cobalt, which can form scale in boilers.
