Second, of course I never said they literally are a bank. I'm saying you're using fiat money and registering LLCs, which I disagree with for philosophical reasons if the product itself is resisting the government.
Are there benefits to using fiat? Yeah, you can pay staff and do marketing.
Am I saying SimpleX is corrupt or a backdoor simply because of fiat? No, it's open source and one can self-host.
What I am saying is that doing it without fiat is the IDEAL method for these types of projects, and it is immoral that social media "privacy" influencers are completely censoring my project because I can't afford marketing to pay them, like you did with NewOil.
I am NOT saying YOU are immoral. I'm saying NewOil is immoral. There are benefits to fiat if one can make a great thing with it.
