Israel wants to keep Americans (specific ones) afraid... Some of us who warned Pompeo that they will never stop don't need the extra crap. It's a constant persistent threat. They know what they need to do they're just dragging their feet. Maybe Israel is too busy bombing Palestine to take care of other issues.
