Gonna have to only use paid relays to completely eliminate it. Not sure what client you’re using but Damus allows you to select which relays your global feed shows. For web client, Iris has a circle of trust model showing only contacts, contacts of contacts, and contacts of contacts of contacts (I believe)

Hard to single out which ones as they could be on multiple. You can attempt multiple paid ones and see if it’s truly less spam free on all paid relays.

Only leave the paid ones like eden puravida and the xmr one
