I don't think I like the AlbyHub at all. It just feel like lightning with extra steps. What is the providing that a regular umbrel setup could achieve? Cost like 10$ to get a lighting channel opened. WTF? really? I can open a small channel for 500sats right now, why am I paying 10$ for a incoming channel?

This is stupid. Feel just like an attempt to try and monetize self custody in some way.

Step 1: Get em to Pay for a channel

Step 2: Buy some Bitcoin!

I dunno... I don't see what problem this is solving for the users.

I don't know much about how it works, but I'm guessing it's for people who don't want to/can't do any self-hosting at all. And maybe for people who don't know what opening a channel is at all.
