Try vaping cannabis instead of smoking, I've been vaping for the last 2 months and seen a great relief in all congestion issues caused by smoking, especially if you smoke it blended with tabacck

That's what I've been doing thr last 3 weeks, using a Volcano vaporizer on low-medium temp. Still happens if I vaporizer a large amount.

Oh.. thought you were smoking, cause you said smoking. In that case, dunno. I'm no doc, so I would suggest better take some pause for a week, and get nice food to strengthen your immunity system, stay away from refined sugar and get some aerobic exercise
