Sadly, you’re right. It doesn’t have to be this way, but the more I see people do it the more I see lower hanging fruit for wrench attacks, govt coercion, or simple griefing.

I hope it’s worth it.

People need to take longer looks at their own ego.

I saw a meme yesterday saying ~ "bitcoin isn't an IQ test - its an ego test" and I've said the same in the past, buuuut... I don't think that's right. There's some dangerously big egos around here. Dangerous to themselves.

Oh yes. The glorification of the “self” is on full display. I don’t know whether to be angry or sad about it. It’s exhausting to ignore.
