You're just outsourcing the decision to force a kid into marriage to her parents. This is still rape. Consent must come from the own person, not from the other people
It's not rape. The girl will have to say yes to it, but rather, the intellectual aspect rests on the father.
If it's rape because she can't figure out all intellectual aspects by herself, then so be it.

Depends on the version of patriarchy. Personally, I would agree to her decision, but later punish her severely and mold her towards wanting a marriage.
That said, most little girls of that age would say yes if given the right upbringing, so I'm not worried.
