I don't think I've eaten chicken hearts outside of being minced up with other giblets in gravy or stuffing, but been all about beef heart lately as I've been working more beef into my diet on a budget. Wild that the healthiest cuts of beef are also often the cheapest (heart, liver, kidney, and sweetbreads...though the sweetbreads have been proving a little harder to come by). Either way that looks like a tasty meal.
