Oh damn, pistachios are amazing. So you put it on the bread as a sort of spread?
The pistachio is powdered and crushed and stacked in layers and layers of fresh phyllo dough then baked and finished with some syrup and served as a buttery flakey treat
Sounds expensive, like hard work and delicious. A definite treat. Thanks for sharing.
