It's a good kinda bad though.
It is. I watch it every 2-3 years. My biggest gripe with it probably is that they made the Harkonens an absolute caricature.
Lynch should not have attempted that but in a weird way I’m glad he did. Toto doing the soundtrack, Picard as Gurney, Sting as Fayd . . . it’s such a glorious mess.
I heard it was really bad. Like bad perhaps even worse than part I of recent reboot.
The new one is actually pretty good. It follows the book much more closely although it only covers the first 1/3 of the book. I'm looking forward to more.
Part II that just came out was super good. They shouldve never made part I or instead made it simply 5min of flashbacks without a movie
