In Duolingo, there are tasks You can fulfil using this little hack.

Conditions:

- the task is to repeat sentence Duolingo reads aloud (recorded via mic)

- the task is the variant when sentence is by default not shown as text (with [Reveal] to reveal text)

- phone output is set up to a loud phone speaker

The standard way is to let Duolingo say the sentence and repeat the sentence over the mic.

You can switch the steps to

1. tap [Tap to speak] -> Duolingo start to listen

2. tap 🔊 -> Duolingo will read the sentence aloud for you

3. task done

You have fulfiled the task not saying anything. :)
