They raised an interesting question - How would Nostr deal with harmful content?
As far as I know nothing stops this type of content appearing on Nostr.
Let’s say, someone starts posting harmful content on Nostr. How would we deal with it?

You can block anything on client side. Individual relays can censor anything on their side.
Some weird stuff still appears while searching tags.
I haven’t looked at relay capabilities, not sure how easy it is to censor content automatically.
Let’s say someone starts posting dodgy content on Damus relay, is there a risk of relay shut down by authorities?
Relays and front-ends will start to moderate, or being even forced to censor content.
