Why isn't Coldcard considered fully FOSS again?

Something to do with a special license or something?

It's not an OSI approved license. They wan to dictate what you do with their code.

There is a comercial restriction, so leeches can't just keep taking without contributing. It's extremely permissive for users.

So as a layperson, for my own clarity, the code is observable and verifiable but there are legal constraints surrounding how another person implements it in their own project, is that correct?
