on primal i can see your note has 21 sats

With amethyst I can see the 21 as well, but my zap doesn't show up.

The one that appeared was routed to my Primal wallet even though I updated to coinos. I received some more zaps to coinos but they don't appear in amethyst.

No, that doesn't mean that. It's probably fine just warning that uploading your Nsec anywhere can be dangerous.
