Low-value people put out low-value content. High-value people produce their best regardless and produce something else if the money isn't enough for them.

No one goes out and gives a bunch of money to someone who hasn't first created something of high value. Just creating low value products until someone gives you more money is economically retarded and will never work. Good luck with that position if that's what you're trying to say here.

Yes, based on a track record of being able to produce the thing. I'm not paying someone for a master piece of who never painted a masterpiece.
No one paid me for emergency medical services until I proved I could perform them.
No one paid me a high salary when I was a web developer until I produced work that was of higher worth than what I was formerly paid.
I didn't buy my truck before the company was capable of producing it. That's a kickstarter, not a trade.
