UN human rights experts today called on the ICC prosecutor to investigate Israel for its “apparent extrajudicial killings” of three Palestinian men at the Ibn Sina hospital in Jenin.

Instead of arresting them, “Israel chose to murder them”.

They say “killing a defenceless injured patient who is being treated in a hospital amounts to a war crime”

And “By disguising themselves as seemingly harmless, protected medical personnel…Israeli forces also prima facie committed the war crime of perfidy”
