it is interesting that the suits calling for binance to be stomped out by the state are mostly quiet about bitfinex/tether

im sure it is completely unrelated from the fact that the bitfinex guys are cutting massive VC checks for bitcoin startups

my speculation has been that the hesitancy surrounding Teather is that they are now 22nd largest holder of US Treasury Bills ($73b)

… & the US demands a willing buyer of treasuries

And the higher the interest rate goes, the more dollars are sold to buy #btc - that’s going to be a funny mathematical problem for the fiat masters to solve
