Used to be the norm to live on the level above the shop. Now it's illegal and I see the second level empty. Lots of empty shops in general after corona

It should be legal to live above your shop.

Then companies stop paying income tax. Employee rent is higher than income tax. Do you really expect the jews in the Congress to allow it?
