you know, i've actually never had that. its like open pasta but explodes as a casserole ? kind of reminds me of macaroni bischamel. the egyptian dish. but vertically segmented and glued together with cheese, instead of in layers like a cass.

this isn't so much a casserole, it is just covered with a little stock and tomato
