You should save your private key, clear storage and relogin if you want to delete all that.

I log out and log in...and clear cache from time to time. I log out last week. Maybe because of my pictures ...
I have pictures bigger than my user data. I had no idea I had to uninstall App. Is not enough just to log out?
You can just click on the clear storage button in that screen. Just make sure you have a copy of the nsec. You will need to login and re-setup your user :(
Will I loose all my notes?
If you have your private key you never lose your notes. Some settings like default zap amounts/emojis or nwc have to be reset.
