Gangsta:

In the crime-ridden city of Ergastulum, a drug-enhanced Deaf and nearly mute mercenary, along with his legal owner/partner, takes on Dangerous jobs for both the mafia and police. Their lives change when they save a prostitute from her oppressive pimp. As the trio faces escalating turf wars, prejudice against enhanced individuals (Twilights), and their own dark pasts, they uncover the fragile foundation of Ergastulum.
