Now I’m older and care less what anyone thinks my favourite response to the lame interview question “what’s your biggest weakness?”

I have a low tolerance of fuckwits.

It’s an awesome qualifier for whether I want to work with someone or not, them asking the question is bad enough, handling my response works out whether they fall into that category or not!
