In which app does it give you sound notifications?

I'm using Pokey

I don't know how to select a certain sound just for Pokey

In the Android settings for apps, under notifications. On my pixel I can just long less on a notification and I can get to the settings 🤙

Can I set a common notification sound for all apps, I don't see an option for a single app
