New policy!
Since I’m representing The Agency BTC/Bitcoin Only Marketing & Branding as a bitcoin only business this clause prevents me from being contractually obligated to support a bitcoin mostly business should they pivot, protecting my brand. The fee will be a standard early termination % for my industry. Nothing exploitative. My definition is definitely not meant to be representative of anyone’s views but my own.
This won’t dissuade the businesses I want to work with: they are businesses that will share my values and believe you can be truly BITCOIN ONLY and will turn a profit by providing REAL VALUE.
I will share this page on the website here once it’s published.
