You have to assume hashrate dropped considerably
hashrate and difficulty as at ATH according to mempool.space
if a lot went online, and then suddenly back off again it could cause a long pause but you can't say anything about one or two long gaps between blocks
and usually if such a pattern is observed it prompt other miners to bring their rigs back online to get easier blocks
Hashrate didn't drop, it's just taking a long time to find the block. Happens all the time
