We don't have a betting NIP yet. :)

Just make it fully decentralized and encrypted so that no relay can be liable for the betting coordination.

Why not use already known providers and just the login and social aspects of it? Don't manage money just have a LN wallet built-in

betting using nostr based oracles and dlcs sound like something that even i would use
