For what it's worth, the fact that basically everyone is unsatisfied with the status quo is one of the big indicators to me that we're on the right track. Ever since the 2008 financial crisis, it has been divide and rule, with Right and Left pitted against each other under increasingly divisive rhetoric, at least in my country. At first it was more radical elements on the Right and Left, but nowadays no one is happy with how things are going. But they blame the other side that does effectively the same thing as theirs (just messaged differently).

There has to be a viable alternative to opt out, and it looks like Bitcoin is the strongest candidate for that.
