I think it’s best to look at it as an investment. If you can get a bachelors degree for less than $10k in a field with good career prospects, it’s probably worth it.

But if you’re spending $10k a semester and don’t have a very specific aim, you’re going to waste a TON of money.

However, I totally agree that the education system is extremely antiquated.
