That’s awesome, we were going to do the same with our kids but we have to start from scratch because our parents didn’t have sets to hand down… I do have my great aunts cast iron pan that we use everyday, that will get handed down eventually probably

I have some killer cast iron from her dad
I was only able to recover the one from my aunt, but she had used rustoleum on it at one point, so I had to remove that first, and then we have a few other modern cast iron pans that we use too, but my Aunt’s is by far the best
I love the practical stuff. I have my cast iron from great and grandmother. Use them often.
