How do we make sure people don't lose ecash locked to a publey and sent and stored on a relay (NIP-61, nutzaps)?
Ecash in NIP-60 nutsacks can be restored from the user's seed phrase / nsec. Locked ecash can't, so we need to make sure those zaps don't go missing.
I think storing the events on a local relay (or additionally on a local relay) would help? Outboxing the zap to my local relay on my phone.. but it's not trivial for the average user right now.
The Azzamo inbox relay and paid relay are pulling in all nip-60 and nip-61 events from other relays 🤙👊
I save tokens in local storage(maybe indexdb later) in satshoot as soon as ecash is minted/fetched from relays, along with the option to export the wallet to file.
Covers most scenarios even when relays are unavailable or get nuked
Relay storage is ephemeral as far as I am concerned
