Here here’s my take on it let me go find it if I wrote it down but basically it’s like this anytime there is a traffic accident or the lights go out. There’s always some people that help and there’s always some people that keep on walking or drive past I almost always will stop and try to help and make sure that the person’s good before I leave them, so yeah maybe we don’t need a government without that anarchy and I’ll be honest most of you are too much of pussies to get out in public
