There is a lot of things annoying in the gym.

Best is to train at times, when it’s less crowded 😁

the best thing is to have a home gym….

Or a garage with barbell, dumbbells, cable tower and some weights…

yes and no. Idea is nice, but I prefer a well set/up and equipped gym.

You will hardly be able to invest the same amount it would cost, to equip a great home gym.

I also enjoy the mental break from being home…. „going to

gym“, preparing the workout in my mind, etc 😁
