MICA is good for the industry same as smoking is good for health. They don’t even care about businesses and innovation they care about control. ‘What you can’t destroy, try to control it’. Self custody is clearly targeted. MICA will take #bitcoin in Europe back to the Stone Age.

Europe is shooting itself in the foot. The European bureaucracy seems designed to keep people poor and struggling. Once a beacon of innovation and progress, Europe has now become the overzealous regulator of creations made elsewhere. It’s ridiculous.
My advice: never buy #Bitcoin with KYC, protect your privacy and your freedom.
EBA was involved and obviously they did what is best to protect the interests of ECB. My advise is to do the opposite from what Central Banks say and use #bitcoin as it was designed “payment method”.
