90% of the housing I view near where I live is mouldy
My wife and I are so attuned to it we can smell it straight away
99% of people have no idea of the negative health impacts

Are there any themes about which part of the house yoir're seeing/smelling it? Or is more incideous I.e. in the walls, plaster, insulation etc
Because of the humidity levels in northern NSW, it’s very common
Mostly we find it in basements / downstairs, and especially when properties have been built into a hill
But we did had a new build that was damp in the foundations as it flooded when constructing and was 17x higher than the recommended mould level
