In case anyone’s interested, this is what you do with figs:

Cut the stem off and score the top like a plus (+). Stuff it with a chunk of feta cheese. Wrap it with a thin slice of prosciutto.

Skewer them together and bbq, sizzling the prosciutto.

They end up looking like eggs from the Aliens movies.
