Why can’t I send my #zaps !!! Why there is no send button on your web?! And no costumer service!!

You didn't answer the question about reading that page - all is explained.

You can send from web dashboard at getalby.com/wallet, when you connect your node.

Customer service is at https://support.getalby.com and basically everywhere you can meet us.

Where did you send a message, sir? If you checked the link you would know why your zaps do not work (you don't have a node, and we are not sharing ours anymore)
